WHAT'S CONTEMPORARY
Moving image, moving fashion, fashion film, these all are names commonly used for a dialect of the visual language that,
although not new, is rapidly on its way to becoming the most commonly used. Visual mastermind Nick Knight once said on the
subject of moving image, “When a fashion designer designs a piece of clothing, it is to be seen in movement.” Today, it would
seem that there is a moving version to every still, from campaigns to editorials and everything in between. With the arrival of
a new discipline comes a generation of new stars that noticeably contribute to the early developments and styles of their
respected medium.

ETERNO RETORNO
Eterno Retorno is a fashion film collaboration between creative director Jaime Rubiano & filmmaker Jason Last.
Shot in Paris for Vogue Latin America w/ photographer Fabien Montique, the film features Daga Ziober (Elite Paris).
Working with fashion editor Anna Schiffel; the idea was to interpret and take a post modern view on the 90s era in fashion.
The editorial - under the creative direction of Jaime Rubiano - features F/W2011 pieces from Givenchy, Prada, Celine, Chloé, Damir Doma, Chanel, YSL, Haider Ackermann, etc.
In collaboration with Daniel Adric (Björk, Vogue Paris), we came up with a concept of graphic landscapes that would frame and build a tension between the subject & the space.
